(1) Payment

50% Deposit to start production then balance 1 week before despatch

Bank transfer preferred.

(2) DELIVERY

All our goods are shipped out by courier and are normally  with the customer within  5-10 days from date of despatch.

(3) DUTIES & LOCAL TAXES

Any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

(4) CONDITIONS OF USE

From date of order confirmation and 50% deposit received it takes 3-4 weeks to complete order,all our delivers are despatched via courier.Any order under £250  will be subject to 25% surcharge

(5) SPECIFICATION

Excalibur Sports reserves the right to amend products without notice.

(6) PRICE

Goods will be invoiced  at prices ruling at time of despatch.
 

(7) RETURNING ITEMS

You can return items to us in the packaging you received them in 7-10 days for full refund providing they have never been worn.We can only accept returns on faulty items and can not exchange products if they were not what you thought it was.

(8) CLAIMS

Non delivery must be reported  by E-mail within 6 days of  invoice date .Shortage or damaged goods must be reported by E-mail with 24 hours of receipt,otherwise claims can not be accepted by the company or carrier.

(9) TITLE OF GOODS

The goods shall remain the sole and absolute  property of the company as legal and equitable owner until such time as the customer has paid the company the agreed price with full price of any other goods which are subject of any contract with the company.
